Q) How long does it take to ship my order?
A) Please keep in mind that all nails are 100% handmade and that it takes time to process. After your nails are made, shipping usually takes about 2-3 days (Priority shipping) or 5-10 days (Standard shipping). This timeframe is an estimate. We try our best to ship orders on time, though is not guaranteed. We offer Rush My Order.

Q) What is RTS?
A) When a product is marked “RTS”- Ready To Ship, the item is available in the size & shape specified in the description and will ship on the next shipment day.
Q) What’s included with my order?
A) You will receive either 10 or 20 nail set, based on your selection. Free Application Kit with everything you need to apply & wear your nails immediately is included with each order.
Application Kit includes: nail glue, adhesive tabs sheet, nail buffer, cuticle pusher, and an alcohol wipe, application & removal instructions.
Q) How long do press-on nails last?
A) If you prep your nails well and apply them correctly, they can stay on 2+ weeks. However, the lifespan of the press on nails can vary depending on how well you take care of them.
Q) Do press-on nails damage your nails?
A) Press on nails can damage your natural nails if they are removed improperly. It's essential to follow the correct removal process and avoid using force or tools that can damage your natural nails.
Q) How do you remove press-on nails?
A) To remove press on nails, soak your hands in warm soapy water for a few minutes to soften the adhesive or glue. Then, gently lift the edge of the press on nail and pull it off slowly. If the press on nail does not come off easily, avoid using force as it can damage your natural nails. Instead, soak your hands again and try removing the nails again. If you want to reuse them, do not use acetone as it will melt the nails.
Q) How do I prep my nails for press-on nails?
A) Make sure your nails are clean, dry, and free of nail polish. Push back your cuticles and wipe each nail with cotton soaked in rubbing alcohol to remove any oily residue. Make sure your nails are dry and buff each one so the press-ons have a smooth surface to adhere
Q) Can I reuse press - on nails?
A) It is possible to reuse press on nails if they are removed carefully and without damage. To reuse them, you can clean the adhesive backing with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover and apply new adhesive tabs or glue to the back.

Q) How do I find the right size press-on nails
A) Press on nails come in a range of sizes, so it's essential to find the right size for your nails. You can measure your natural nails with a tape measure or a ruler and compare the measurements to the sizing chart provided. It's better to choose a slightly larger size than a smaller one as press on nails can be filed down to fit your nail bed.
If you are unsure about measuring, please do not guess your size!. We will do the measuring for you. Refunds are not offered for incorrect sizing.

Q) Can I shower or swim with press- on nails?
A) Yes, you can shower or swim with press on nails. However, it's recommended wearing gloves when washing dishes or cleaning to protect the press on nails from damage.

Q) Can you return nails or get a refund?
A) Unfortunately, due to the nature of these product, we DO NOT accept returns or refunds. However, we will always fix any issues, may any occur, just reach out to us! hello@luxebyrenae.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to make sure our customer is satisfied.
Q) Can I cancel my order?
A) Cancellations are only allowed the first 24 hours of purchase.
Q) How long does it take to ship size kits?
A) Size kits are already made ahead of time. They ship out next business day.
My package said it was delivered by USPS, but I never received it. What do I do?
Once the packages have been dropped off at the post office, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. You must file a claim with USPS in person or via their website using the tracking number provided. If you need any guidance with this issue, please contact us at luxebyrena.com with your name and order number.
